This agreement is made between you and PostVive and governs your access to and use of the services available on https://postvive.co.
By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use PostVive, you also consent to the payment providers supported by the platform. PostVive reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account if unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected.
If you do not agree with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of PostVive’s services. PostVive may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will apply each time you use the Services. The minimum age to register on PostVive is sixteen (16) years. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. PostVive may use your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
To access PostVive services, you must register for a personal account and provide accurate, current information. You may not choose a username that:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
As a Buyer, you may select platforms and services to promote your content based on the information provided by Publishers on PostVive.
A task will be automatically rejected if:
You may contact PostVive support and request reassignment of a Publisher if:
All service pricing is determined by individual Publishers.
All communications between Buyers and Publishers are stored on PostVive servers and may be reviewed to resolve disputes.
You may return content that does not meet the original task requirements. Task briefs cannot be altered once a Publisher has started work.
Buyers must pay a service commission to PostVive. Payments are released to Publishers only after successful task completion and approval.
If your account balance is insufficient, you must add funds. The minimum top-up amount is $100.
Buyer accounts with no activity for 180 days may be marked as inactive.
Buyers may purchase written content through PostVive. You must clearly specify the topic, category, theme, and minimum word count.
4.1 Ordering an Article
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete instructions. PostVive is not liable for content created by writers, including third-party rights violations or resulting damages.
4.2 Acceptance of an Article

If no revision request is submitted within 3 days, the article will be considered accepted. Revision requests must be specific and detailed. If the article fails to meet the stated requirements, you may reject it, and the reserved payment will be returned to your balance.
PostVive reserves the right to determine whether a rejection is valid.
4.4 Rights to Accepted Articles
Full ownership and usage rights transfer to you only after complete payment. Once accepted, you may use, distribute, modify, or resell the content without restriction.
As a Publisher, you must accept or reject Buyer tasks within 5 days.

Once accepted, tasks must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
Publishers set their own service pricing.
Buyers may request up to three revisions. After revisions are completed, Buyers must approve the task and release payment.
Publishers are prohibited from deleting published content related to completed tasks.
PostVive will resolve disputes according to its internal policies. Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Payments are credited to the Publisher’s balance after Buyer approval. Withdrawals are available only for completed tasks, and a valid PayPal email address is required.
If a Publisher removes a website or platform before task completion, the full payment will be refunded to the Buyer.
All services on PostVive are priced in platform credits. Payments may be made via PayPal or credit/debit cards. Refunds are not guaranteed once a service is purchased.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.
PostVive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its services or content.
All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PostVive does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any material available on the website.
By using PostVive, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostVive, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services.
PostVive may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for any interactions or transactions conducted on external sites.
PostVive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or inappropriate behavior. Adult or prohibited content is strictly forbidden. Any such content or associated accounts will be removed without prior notice.
